Moving from RadControls for ASP.NET to RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX

Dear telerik,

Is there any resource that has some guidelines or best practices on Moving from RadControls for ASP.NET to RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX?

We have developed an Application using Classic ASP.NET RadControls, and we're facing problems in porting it to th latest ASP.NET AJAX RadControls especially in the RadGrid and External Streamer Pages for RadCombo boxes that are added to the form dynamically.
