Hello,
In Telerik UI for Xamarin users are allowed to use grouping. Currently we do not support visualizing header nor footer of the RadListView itself.

How long can it?
xamarin.forms 2.0 listview has headerview and footerview, is not it can be integrated into RadListView it?

All the components part of the UI for XamarinFomrs suite are based on the respective components in our UI for Android and UI for iOS suites. They are not based on the native Xamarin components. This is why we do not support that feature yet.
You can log it in our feedback portal so that we can follow its demand. If this feature becomes frequently requested we will consider its implementation.

Any updates or plans regarding the Header and Footer for XF RadListView?

Hello, Marek,
The feature will not be available with the next official release(R1 2018). However, we have plans to expand the RadListView's feature set with R2 2018 so it will most probably be considered then. Subscribing to the item is the best approach to be notified regarding the functionality as we will update it once more information is available.
