IsDropDownOpen still false when Calendar Open

When you open the Calendar in the DatePicker control, the IsDropDownOpen flag is still set to False.  Is there anything like an "IsCalendarOpen" flag we could use instead?

I tested the issue and it was working in my example. I noticed that you were not using the latest version of our controls. I suggest that you download the latest version from your account and if the problem still exist, you can send some code or details about your scenario (is the RadDatePicker in some other control like RadWindow, Dock Panel etc.) so that we can try to reproduce the problem at our side and find a solution.
