I'm a bit surprised that the Track Changes feature doesn't inherit the telerik:EditorCssFile property to style the content.
Is there a way to do this?

Hi Matt,
The requested feature is not supported out-of-the box by RadEditor and its Track Changes manager. We will research until tomorrow and will tell you whether it is possible to implement this feature in the current version of RadEditor.

In order to achieve the required functionality you need to modify the TrackChanges built-in dialog, get the list of CSS files loaded in the editor and insert them in the <iframe> inside the dialog. You can find a detailed information on how to modify RadEditor's built-in dialogs on this live demo.
For your convenience I have attached a sample project implementing this approach.
