Hello,
I am having trouble getting RAD editor Lite for MOSS installed and configured.
I have followed the instructions provided for all three scenarios and read through these forums however I still cannot find a solution.
I have installed the solution which goes sucessfully.
I can activate the feature in the site settings and add a web part but neither makes the editor work.
On a mac that I am using to test this when editing a list item (e.g. a task) or the web part there are no rich text editing tools provided.
On a Windows XP machine, there are the default editing tools shown.
Does anyone know of a way to start to troubleshoot what is going wrong here?

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I have the exact same conditions - WSS, using firefox on a mac, followed the instructions, etc).
If anyone has any suggestions on where to troubleshoot this, I'd appreciate it, too!

Hi Oliver,
Can you please verify that you have followed all steps in the following Help article: http://www.telerik.com/help/radeditormoss/?Using%20RadEditor%20in%20List%20Items.html, including the last one - resetting the IIS? I am asking you this because this is the most likely reason for this problem. If you did this, can you please make sure that you are using an administrator account when you set up the editor?
