Increasing height and width of arrow

I want to increase the height and width of the arrow that appears on the RadDropDownButton. I know the arrow size changes if I change the font size, but is there a way to keep the text as is and increase the size of only the arrow?

In order to implement the described scenario you have to edit the control template of the RadDropDownButton control in Blend.For more information you can follow the link below:
