Hi,
I have been trialling the Scheduler control, and found it to be quite slow with the standard postback/roundtrip binding. I am now trying it out with the Web Service binding, which seems to be quite nippy.
I do have some problems however, our DAY view implementation is most useable if we Group By our "Engineer" resource. But strangely, as soon as I switch to grouping by resource, the NavigateToNextPeriod button skips forward by 7 days instead of 1.
Can somebody tell me how to get this to go back to 1 day - I thought that possibly using OnClientNavigationCommand might work to override the date, but get_selectedDate is undefined (or more to the point the underlying _selectedDate is undefined), besides, there is no set_selectedDate, so a trivial override option would appear to closed to me in more ways than one.
I have considered trying to change the date using set_firstDayStart, in tandem with args.set_cancel(true), but the use of set_firstDayStart doesn't trigger a rerender or update of the control on the client - there are also repaint, and rebind methods, but calling them don't refresh the display.
In summary, help!
