Hi,
I have just upgrdade to the latest internal build of RadControls and the buttons on my page now have a dull black icon. How do I get the colour back? I am using the default skin and have tried changing the skin howevre this does not appear to change the icon.
I can't seem to spot the demo which changes this back.

Hello George,
We are following the latest trends in the web and mobile design, which is the reason why the color icons of RadButton were replaced by the modern looking monochrome and flat icons. The new icons also look similarly to the font icons used by Bootstrap.
We are currently collecting customers' feedback about the usage of font icons in the Light-weight rendering of the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX controls. In any case we will provide an additional colorful sprite for RadButton if more customers require it.
You can always use the PrimaryIconUrl and SecondaryIconUrl properties of RadButton to specify and load your own colorful icons.

Thanks for the reply.
It is a little frustrating that the option to choose which icon set you wish to use is not there. I for one, do not like the dull, flat, monochrome icon set and would very much like the colour icons back as an optiion.

I am also requesting it. I can't figure out which skins have which version of icons. The 2014 Q1 release seems to be mixed.

Hello,
Thanks for contacting Telerik support. Since Service Pack 2, Q3, 2013 we have already three set of icons including the colorized one. Now each built-in skin uses the icon set which is proper for its color scheme.
