Indeed in order to remove the CheckBox you would need to extract and modify the OperatorValueFilterControlStyle
. You can find the Style in the Telerik.Windows.Controls.PivotFieldList.xaml file located in the Themes.Implicit folder of the installation folder of the controls. I have prepared and attached a sample project which demonstrates how to achieve the desired using Implicit Styles
