Dear All,
I am using a splitter control. in which i have taken a grid. when i am giving the height and width of this grid in pixels then it is not flickerinmg, but if i give width in %age then it is flickering. and how to give height to 100%(means height of screen)
Does anybody know, plz tell me how to remove this.

Hi Brijendra,
In order to hide the initializing resize of RadSplitter you should set its VisibleDuringInit property to false. However, there was a problem with this property in the Q3 2008 release, namely 2008.3 1105, the content was not displayed when this property is set. You can use a very simple workaround provided here. Another option is to wait for our SP1 release which is scheduled for the beginning of this week and which will have this issue fixed.
