How to give skin type for RadAjaxPanel

Dear All,

        I am using RadPanelBar to load Menus dynamically. Once if i have created my menu and try to navigate to the screen on clicking the menu, am getting PostBack each time on the entire screen. Even the Menus get Postback and Loads each time. So i used RadAjaxPanel, which doesnot allows PostBack. Am using Themes for my Project. So i need to know how could i set the Skin for RadAjaxPanel.
