Hello,

Telerik ships Device Detection Framework as a separate assembly - Telerik.Web.Device.Detection.dll which you can reference in your project and Telerik controls will use it automatically. You can refer to the article below for additional information:
http://docs.telerik.com/devtools/aspnet-ajax/controls/raddevicedetectionframework

Old post but also I have trouble finding Telerik.Web.Device.Detection in my reference for an ASP.NET AJAX project. It does not exist. Can't even find Telerik.Web.Device.Detection.dll on my computer.

What to do?

Typically, it found pretty soon after I made my post. Now it works.

Can mention searching after Telerik.Web.Device.Detection.dll did not work on my computer but I found this if someone else is looking. :-)

Glad that you find the assembly, Jan.

The following article also mansions this information: Included assemblies.
