Hello Chaitanya,
Row groups can be nested, for example you can add a child or parent group to the existing row group. This can be done in Group Explorer or with context menu of the cell if you are using a Table/CrossTab/List item.

Hi Chaitanya,
You can use built-in Count() function to get the number of rows. When the expression needs to be evaluated against the data which is from a different scope, you can use data scope related functions to change the scope.
Attached report demonstrates how to get the number of rows of the parent group and show it in the child row group.
