Grid Edit Item alignment

Hi there, i was wondering why the labels in my grid aren't aligning properly in edit mode. take a look at the label for MA Number in the screen shot below.

here's the grid code. nothing extraordinary...

so slight correction, it's only the first label, for MA Number, that doesn't align properly.

problem solved by changing the Label for MA number to a disabled textbox. then it aligned right up perfectly.
