graphic lines but only points

I have a line graph in WPF and I want to do is just leave the points as you can get an example in the picture.

Hi Rodrigo,

Why don't you use a Scatter or Bubble Series to achieve this? Examples are shown here and here. They are made under Silverlight but the code is absolutely the same for WPF.
