Are there any plans to make the Glow Effect behind the title text it's own property, or allow for its Visibility property to be set to Collapsed without having to modify the entire control template?  It would seem that the majority of most windows do not incorporate this glow effect by default.

Hello Joe Dattilo,

We have introduced the Glow effect in order to make the window more consistent as the foreground property controls the Title text foreground as well as the content text foreground. If you don't have the glow effect and your Foreground is set to black you won't be able to see the header text. We will try to come up with a better idea for the upcoming service pack release since this is causing problems. Thank you for reporting this issue, and we look forward to receiving other valuable feedback from you.

Sincerely yours,
