File Name changes after Upload

 Hello

 I am uploading files through Rad Upload Control.
 
 In File Upload Starting Event i am changing my file Name
 Eg : e.UploadData.FileName = "1_290";

But after upload complete , in Target Physical Folder , the name will be like : 1_290 [20130325_040319] .
for next file : 1_291 [20130725_040728]

 I want to avoid [20130325_040319] kind of thing.

Can any one let me know how to solve this .
