File Explorer context menu not showing up by click

When I right click on a file, the context menu shows up further below the click. I can't figure out why this is happening. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Hello,

Could you please elaborate more on the following points:
  1. Are you using the RadFileExplorer's integrated context menu or you are attaching a RadContextMenu to the FileExplorer?
  2. Is this behavior consistent in all major browsers or is browser-specific?
  3. Do you experience the same behavior when opening the context menu in our live demos? 
  4. Are you applying custom Css to your page, custom positioning for instance, that could be affecting the location the context menu is shown at?
