While i am Exporting a Excel 97-2003 file from Telerik server, the header alignment of report is getting bad alignment in exported file only.

when i brows the report on telerik server it is showing correct header alignment, but the problem is only in exported file.

I am attaching 2 captured images with report and exported file, please have a look.

Hello ,

Most likely this issue is caused by the misalignment of the report items. When exporting to Excel formats you need to make sure that the edges of the neighboring items are aligned - check Design Considerations for Excel Rendering(Merging Cells) help article for more detailed information.

If the issue persists send us the problematic report in a support ticket so we can check the current layout and provide you further suggestions.

Thanks, This issue has been resolved in export functionality.

I have 2 more problems regarding export:

1. In my other report the color of a field is green in my report, but while performing export functionality the color of same field is shown in gray color. How can i resolve this one..?

2. I have added a bar chart in my report, when the data is less, it is looking good, but when i have huge data in chart, it is looking very bad to see, even i can't understand what data is shown in the chart, I think this issue is because of the chart is static, so can we do the chart dynamic. Please have a look into attached image.

Hello Shiwani,

Please check the color support of different Excel formats in Excel Limitations. Test f exporting in XLSX format changes the way colors are applied.

About the graph item's plot area, it is calculated automatically based on the amount of data that has to be visualized. We can suggest you to change the Graph.Height property directlyor via Binding, if you know data is too much; or group the Y axis as in How to: Add Drilldown action to the Graph item by adding ToggleVisibilityAction.
