Hello Brian,
We recommend using RadDock. To encourage this practice, we have replaced the external edit in RadWindow demo with external edit in RadDock.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but can I ask why you suggest using RadDock over RadWindow?

Hello Stuart,
It seems a simpler implementation using RadDock which provides a more stable solution. Of course using RadWindow is also an option.
Kind regards,

In some regards, it is easier to use RadDock but I have noticed a performance issue regarding the Viewstate - it is very big using RadDock compared to a solution with RadWindowManager.

FWIW, I have a fairly complex solution using RadWindow but it doesn't use anything associated with the Advanced Template; it's completely standalone.
