Example with nice border for book control

I really like your Book Control. I would love to see an example with a nice book-like border? (I hate Blend.)

First, I posted a reply to this thread yesterday including a code block, but it hasn't appeared.

Yes, it would be nice to have the borders of the book look more like a book. Like every other book I've seen, I too am using drop shadows, but having the borders look more like an open book would be nice.
