Event fired when Expand is complete?

It seems that I can bind to the 'expand' event to capture when the panel is about to expand.  Is there any event fire when the expansion is complete?

Hello Mike,

We recently added an "activate" event in Kendo PanelBar which is fired after the expand animation completes. Download the latest internal build in order to use it.
