Error when spell checking empty MS RichTextBox

    Just like the title says. I am using the following code in a behavior. It used to work before the Q3 release, I am pretty sure of that.
    RadSpellChecker.Check(this.Target, SpellCheckingMode.AllAtOnce);
    

    This is the error I am getting:
