Error when in Blend

Ive created a new dilverlight poject, and when I drag the HtmlPlaceholder control onto the design surface I get a HtmlPage_NotEnabled error.

Does anyojne know why this is,

I asked the same question to Telerik and this was the answer I received:
"The first issue you encountered is a known design-time problem in Blend which we are currently working on. It should not affect writing code for your application and run-time experience."
