It appears the dropdownlist (and multiselect, potentially others) is broken in Microsoft Edge in that the popup dropdown appears then immediately disappears, preventing the user from selecting anything.

Take a look at the demo page on MS Edge: http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/dropdownlist/index and click the dropdown.

Hello Christopher,

We tried to replicate the described behavior, but we were unable to do so. At our end the DropDownList/ComboBox/MultiSelect dropdown does not close automatically after appearing. Here's a short screencast, which demonstrates how the widgets behave in the specified Edge version. Are there any additional steps that need to be followed, in order to reproduce the unexpected dropdown closing?

Hi Ivan,

After your response we did a bit of investigation. Turns out it was third party software interfering with MS Edge. Specifically, it was the free Stickies software - it only caused the issue after kicking off a debugging session in Visual Studio, but then would continue to cause the issue from then on. Really wacky.

Sorry to raise the issue when it was our systems, please disregard the report!

Hi Christopher,

Thank you for the follow up. I am glad the cause for the issue has been identified and it was not a bug in the widget.
