Is there a way to implement dragging/dropping of elements on the surface? I am making a game and would like to move the pieces around.

Hello Virgil,
Virgil drag and drop is not currently supported out of the box but should be possible to implement it by using custom events on the surface element and the surface eventTarget method - example.
