Unfortunately, there is no property which you can set to center the header of the Pane in the DocumentHost. To achieve this you will have to edit the ControlTemplate of the Docking. First create a custom theme for the Docking control using the steps provided here: http://www.telerik.com/help/silverlight/common-styling-apperance-modifying-built-in-theme.html
Once you have the custom theme of the Docking find the ControlTemplate with x:Key="PaneGroupDocumentTemplate". There you have to set the HorizontalAligment property of the ItemsPresenter with x:Name="ItemsPresenterElement". That will align the tabs of the DocumentHost.
