Hi,

Do you have a control that allows users to add items and delete, like the tags selection on forums works (see screenshot)?

Yes, I would suggest you to use the RadAutoCompleteBox. Please refer to the following online demo and documentation article, providing detailed information on the usage and behavior of the control:
