Hello.
We are changing server and we have a problem.
Our new server is brand new and no other site has been hosted there.
The problem that we have is that the webresource.axd (that dynamically added just before <hread> ends) file is empty each time the site loads and that means that the telerik controls have no style at all.
Can you please help resolve it? What is wrong?
P.S.: The files of the site are copy-paste from the old to the new server, so is the web.config.

The provided information is not enough for me to determine the exact reason for the problem that you experience. Could you please provide me with more information about your setup: which version of Widows and IIS you have? Also, did you enable all "World Wide Web Services"? If not, could you please check these articles for more information about the IIS7 (I suppose that you use IIS7) configuration:
