Hi,
Excuse us for the late delay. As I see from your picture I could understand which exactly button you would like to change?
This is form the Upload panel and you prefer to change the text color or the icons color?
Also, note that we have twenty predefined skins, which are carefully designed according the UX standards and adding a new skin is not an easy decision. Also, adding a new skin with a new color scheme will fit the needs to some of the customers but not to all of them.
To have the exact preferred color scheme I would recommend to create Custom Skin for RadAsync Upload and Custom Skin for RadUpload. Another option is to use Telerik Visual Style Builder to create a custom skin.

Sorry, I attach the wrong image. Please check it again. The gray button is too normal. I think the attached color is very popular in web application.

Hi,
I am afraid I do not understand your question. The attached image shows a button from our Demos pages, which is a custom button and we do not have a skin like that.
Checkout RadButton First Look demo and use skin chooser to browse through all the different predefined skins to see what color palettes you could pick.
