I'd like to have the contextual tabs flow into the window's header bar like in excel 2010 (see attached screenshot) but I have no sense of an idea how to do this with the telerik controls.

Can anybody put me in the right direction? I know that Infragistics and others support something similar but since we transitioned over to telerik I 'd like to use the telerik ribbon controls for something like this.

Hello Dirk Liebich,

The RadRibbonView ContextualGroup's Header is displayed in the RibbonView TitleBar. You can find more info about the ContextualGroups and ContextualTabs implementation here. You can also check out this demo sample.
