Hello Sara,
As mentioned in this documentation article the Skins (apart from the Default skin) are located in the Telerik.Web.UI.Skins.dll assembly. So you need to add it to your project's bin folder, then you would be able to use the desired skin by setting the ComboBox Skin property, for example Skin="Black".
