Hi,

Currently the TreeView does not support such appearance out-of-the-box. If you need to have vertical directory line as on the picture you have attached, you will need to implement custom CSS classes.
The issue is discussed in our forum, please find a link to the forum thread.
You can see an example in the dojo link and I hope it will help.

Why can't we like the powerful function of the DevExpress control line, or our function beyond the DevExpress, our webfrom controls are powerful, but MVC is very weak, can put some webform function is implemented in the MVC.

Tree Lines represent the ASPxTreeView's visual element, which serves to show links between nodes. This element can be hidden by using ASPxTreeView.ShowTreeLines property.

Hello,

At the current moment the desired appearance could be achieved with CSS as described before.

If you think it could be useful to have a configuration option that enables/disables the TreeView's connection lines, I would suggest you to submit a new issue in the Kendo UI Feedback portal.
