Button click events now work when contained in a Tile. But they stop working if you change the implcit style to Office2013 or Windows8. Office_XXX, Expression_Dark and Windows7 is working as expected.

Indeed, you are totally right. I have resolved the issue immediately and the fix will be available in the internal build on Monday. Let me know in case you need locally built binaries and theme files for testing it.
