Bug of SelectionMiniToolbar

Hi Telerik,
         The SelectionMiniToolbar is not set correctly when the document protection is applied.
         In the Online Demo -> Document Protection:
           1. Move to the paragraphs with permission for current user
           2. Right Click, then SelectionMiniTool shows correctly
           3. Move out of paragraphs to paragraphs without permission for current user
           4. Right Click,  then SelectionMiniToolbar will disable all the options for editing. That is correct.          
           5. But move back to the paragraphs with permission for current user, Click Right click again. The options for font properties setting are not enabled. 
           Please help check this issue. Thank you very much.
