Bug: All-day appointments are displayed across two days when the start time is outside the current view definition

See the attached screen shot. They both show the week view with the view definition set to display the hours 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The first screen shot shows an all-day appointment (the one in blue) where the start time is set to 6:00 AM. As you can see it displays across two days. In the second screen shot I have changed the start time to 7:00 AM, and now the appointment displays correctly.

Thank you for reporting this issue to us.

It looks like it is a bug. However, to be sure to confirm this, could you please send us a sample project in which this issue can be observed. In that way we will be able to track down the source of the problem and search for a solution in a timely manner.

It is not solved yet. I have been in contact with Telerik through the internal support system and they have assured me that it will be fixed for the Q2 release in June.
