I have prepared an example for you that demonstrates how to change BorderBrush and BorderThickness properties of an expanded TreeListViewRow. Unfortunately these changes are not applied to the child items, because they are not logical child objects for a TreeListViewRow as it was implemented in RadGridView.

Thanks for the example, unfortunately the border only affect to the parent and not to the child items. Is there any workaround to do this or with the actual version of the RadTreeListView is not possible?

Hello Ivan,
Unfortunately with the current implementation of RadTreeListView your requirement is not possible.
