I have a report that is one page long. When I go to print preview or print it, a second page is printed with just the page header on it (no details).

Hello Eric,
Please check Problem: Telerik Reporting renders blank pages and test the suggested approaches for troubleshooting blank pages in produced documents. Most probably an item is growing and/or pushing other item to the right, which results in horizontal paging - Design Considerations for Report Item Layout.
If you need further help, please open a support ticket and send us the problematic report, including test data.
