1. My page is in a iframe.
2. I am facing issue on IE 11. Same is working fine on IE 10.
On more investigation I found below scenarios.
1. First time all the data is getting loaded from server and chart renders perfectly.
2. On subsequent calls (F5/ctrl+F5) its getting the data loaded from cache+server and the issue arises.

Hi,
I tried reproducing the issue in this snippet, but without success. Perhaps you can share a sample page that we can use for testing?
I wouldn't expect the cache to have a difference as long as the chart is getting the same settings and data.
