Angular kendo-mobile-switch in list-view template

Trying to get a list of switches working when rendering from within a list-view template.  Please advise why the following sample is failing:

thank you for contacting us - you have stumbled upon a bug in the listview angular compilation. I have filed an issue and managed to address it - we will publish an internal build which addresses it soon.
