Hello Sobhan,

You may experience a problem entering a decimal value in the control if you are using a laptop keyboard to achieve that, otherwise there shouldn't be any problem entering any decimal value. We have resolved the laptop keyboard bug recently and we are planning to release it soon. In case you are not using a laptop, please give us a the detailed configuration of the control in the way you use it so we can resolve the issue. Sorry for the caused inconvenience and look forward to downloading our new numeric control soon.

Hi Hristo,

I'm having exactly the same problem and thought this was going to be fixed in April's release but that didn't happened.
When is this planned to be released?

Thanks,
Ivo

Hi Ivo,

We have resolved the issue in our Q1 release. Would you try to access our online examples and check whether you still experience the same problem? Please make sure that you have set the number of decimal digits to be more than 0, otherwise you will be entering only integer numbers.

Well Hristo I tested online and it didn't work for me.
I made the test with the Numeric Up Down Example inserting something like 1,2 and the "," character isn't displayed.
Do you want some more specific info like, operating system, which laptop that i'm using, etc?
By the way the character ',' seems to be the code 190 in my keyboard.

Hello Ivo,

Since the key code is equal to 190 the operating system and the laptop manufacturer don't matter. It's hard to understand what goes wrong with the control since the reproduction of this problem depends on the hardware. Anyway, what is the laptop model you use?
