After file selected. Can't get directory path

I am trying to show images after user has selected image file.
I capture FileSelected event and hoping to get full path so that i can manipulate image to show user but i receive error
 File operation not permitted. Access to path '...' is denied.
are there any ways RadUpload can bypass that? or any suggestions are welcome

 This is a Silverlight restriction. There is no way around this. However, we have a demo similar to what you are trying to achieve.
