I'm playing with the Demos solution that it's being shipped with the Telerik Silverlight controls, trying to understand how it works.
I don't know whether it's a bug or something else but when I open the file SingleExampleView.XAML in Design mode, I'm getting an exception of type "Catastrophic failure (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8000FFFF (E_UNEXPECTED))" in the configurator area, at the line
That exception happens only in Design time, things work well in Run-time.
Could anyone help me out to understand this?

This issue is not related to our demos.
It seems to be a known problem with SL - when binding to a custom attached property an exception is thrown at design time.
It's been reported to Microsoft and you can find some reports here, here and here.
