Hello Bader,
RadChart for ASP.NET AJAX supports only two dimensional series types. You can check the Silverlight version of the chart control here if 3D series are a requirement for your project.

In my case I can't use silverlight, so, Is there any way to display a Pie RadChart in a nice way (Modern style)?

Hi Bader,
Not sure what do you mean by modern style but as we noted in our previous reply only 2D pie chart is supported at the moment (you can check the available built-in skins here).
