The same behavior we can see when we expand Rad Menu.
May be you also have solution for this problem.
Please, help us with this problem.

Hello Licensing,
We suggest you try the following things:
1) Check whether all latest updates for the Windows OS are installed on your machine.
2) Upgrade to the latest version of the Video card drivers if it is possible.
3) Install the following patch:
