While trying to write an example to demonstrate you how to achieve this we found an issue with the RadDateTimePicker. You can track the status of the issue
here.
However, I would suggest you a workaround. You could bind the
DisplayDateStart property to the first date of the current month, and bind the
SelectableDateStart to the current date. This way the first visible month will be the current month, and the first selectable date will be the current date. I have attached a sample example to demonstrate you how to achieve this. Hope this helps.
