  Hello,
  
  I am new to this control.  How do you format the "cards" that display as you cycle through the records.

  I am not quite sure what do you mean by formatting "the cards"? Do you want to change the appearance of the items in RadCarousel or maybe I am missing something? I believe that it would be useful for you to review our online documentation about this control. In this way you will get a head-start with RadCarousel/WPF, please follow this link.
