    In  RadGrid pager control not displayed properly in IE 7 & IE 8 compatibility mode browsers but it displayed properly in IE 8 browser.
    Please suggest solution.

    Based on the provided information I am unable to replicate the issue locally. Could you send us the problematic aspx page? Is the problem occurs in our online demos?
