Exception thrown attempting to launch Internet Explorer. Please make sure Internet Explorer is properly installed and you are able to launch it.

Internet explorer opens and stay blank and finally test failed.

Same telerik automation code is working on one Win10 machine but not working on another win10 machine.

Solution tried - calibrating IE, building on x86 platform

Hi Kumar,

Thank you for the shared details.

As far as I could see you are using the Testing Framework only so you have also Visual Studio installed on both machines you have tested. Could you please confirm you start Visual Studio explicitly as an administrator? Please also let me know what the versions of Visual Studio on both machine are.

Thanks in advance!

I have Visual Studio 2012 installed and I am working in Visual Studio with administrative privilege.

It was working and all of sudden it stops working. I am not sure if any particular windows update or any Internet explorer settings affected this. We have tried this with latest Telerik Framework, still no luck.

Hello Kumar,

Thanks for getting back.

Could you please double check with your IT department what changes were recently applied on your system? This could be any Windows Security Update or a new security policy applied. Also if there is an active antivirus software which is recently updated might have set some restrictions. Unfortunately this is something we do not have control over.

You could try to record and execute against Firefox and Chrome to double check what the behavior would be using these browsers.

Please let me know if you would need further assistance. Thanks!
