Products or SaaS Products to collect and process data. Rather, such usage is governed by our clients' privacy policies, over which we have no control.

ClickTale Web Analytics. In order to improve your user experience, we collect data about user behavior using ClickTale web analytics service. ClickTale may

identifiable information that you do not voluntarily enter in the Telerik Properties. ClickTale does not track your browsing habits across web sites which
Analytics Service at http://www.clicktale.net/disable.html.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., to evaluate your use of the Telerik Properties, compile
reports on activity, and provide other services relating to Internet usage. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies that store information, such as what
time the current visit occurred, whether the visitor has been to the Sites before, and what site referred the visitor to the web page.
We have also implemented Display Advertising Remarketing with Google Analytics to advertise online. This means that third-party vendors, including Google,

Intercom. In order to help us analyze how users use the Telerik Properties, market Telerik products and services and improve your experience with the
Telerik Properties, we use Intercom.io, a web analytics and user engagement service provided by Intercom.io, Inc. ("Intercom"). Information generated or
collected about your use of the Telerik Properties along with Personal Information and/or Other Information will be transmitted to and stored by Intercom
on servers in the United States and elsewhere. Intercom will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the Telerik Properties,
compiling reports on activity for Telerik and providing other services to Telerik. Intercom may also: (i) use this information internally for improving
Intercom's services, and on an anonymized and aggregate basis for the purposes of marketing and improving Intercom's services; and (ii) transfer this

Marketo. In order to market Telerik products and services, as well as help us analyze how users use the Telerik Properties and improve your experience with
the Telerik Properties, we use an automation system provided by Marketo Inc. ("Marketo"), which allows us to recognize you as a unique user. Marketo tracks
activity related to your receipt and response to Telerik marketing emails, as well as activity related to visits to Telerik Properties, and to track

certain Products and/or SaaS Products, Product demos, or applications on our Sites, and while you are using the Services. Such information may include,
